Design: "A plan or drawing produced to show the look and function or workings of a building, garment, or other object before it is built or made."

I am driven by design and the need to develop a visual representation to ideas. I love designing, even when I'm done working and I'm relaxing, I still sit and design. So if what I do for work, I also do for play, am I working or playing?

I am one of the many designers that have had my work hidden within the portfolios of the companies I have worked for. Even when I started designing for US federal projects, and companies with military clearances I noticed some of my best work being swallowed up behind the proprietary line of invisibility. I decided to work with more small business clients to be able to expose some of my work, and be more creative and expressive. This has opened many doors and has charged my desire to create pieces that inspire.

With corporate designing still in focus the journey from the skyscrapers to the coffee shops, the florists, the music band and the  local community centers has allowed me the fortune and opportunity to see design on several levels. I feel full now and ready to create and inspire!
